Rooted in a photographer’s eye for light, landscape, and authentic living, our work unfolds across three connected spaces: thoughtfully designed eco-forward condominiums that celebrate the natural beauty of the Oaxacan coast; a serene retreat center in Rancho Neptuno that welcomes groups seeking stillness, inspiration, and immersive connection to the land; and a photography gallery—both physical and digital—that captures and shares the textures, stories, and spirit of this remarkable place.

Bellacocho promises elegant, peaceful living in one of the area’s most serene neighborhoods—designed for those who wish to plant roots in Puerto Escondido. VILLAGE
Miracosta Village, opening in April 2027, will be an intimate oceanside retreat property with private casitas, lush landscaping, and inspiring gathering spaces. Designed for connection and renewal, it promises a calm, beautiful setting for retreats, group stays, and creative escapes.
